Tools, tools and more tools
I am taking some time to clean out all the saved posts in my Bloglines accounts. One of the ‘jobs’ is to look for new tools to help teachers meet the learning needs of their students. So here are two resources I found in my feeds. These two alone will keep me very busy. But what resources to have at my finger tips.
First Jim Coe at Bionic Teaching shares Online Media God from Mashable. This list contains more then 400 tools for photos, audio and video. It covers tools for editing, sharing and creating. I am sure you will find something that works with your computer system and creative style.
The second is a new site, Free Web-based Tools created by Barry Dahl of Far from a Shining Star. Tools are organized around their best use and each has a brief description of its purpose and some helpful hints.
I like the idea of one stop shopping, these are both very useful resources to help keep track of all those web 2.0 tools.
